Every member of our team shares a common goal: Creating placements that are a good fit for all.

Think of us as professional matchmakers. We take the time to get to know each employer and professional’s wants and needs, which allows us to make placements that align with everyone’s goals. We’ll never make a placement if we’re not confident that the professional will meet the employer’s needs, and vice versa.

HomeWork Staffing’s team consists of experienced account managers and recruiters who work tirelessly to make the entire process positive and stress-free for both employers and professionals. We also pride ourselves on our reliability and ease of contact. Whenever you need us, we’ll be here. Our team members are located nationwide, and available day or night.

Jennifer Bouchard

Jennifer, originally from Marblehead, Massachusetts, founded Nanny Poppins with her best friend while still in college. She has continued to build this successful empire that impacts so many for twenty-five years now, placing the right people across the country in all capacities of positions. Jennifer has a huge heart for children and cares for everyone around her. She loves to be near the water and to play with her two active boys when not working with her wide variety of clients. She attended Northeast University for Journalism, is active in the community, and constantly striving for success.

Kelci Daly

Recruitment Specialist and Account Manager

Kelci Daly

Recruitment Specialist and Account Manager Kelci, originally from the Virgin Islands and now living in Hilton Head, acted as a caretaker for her mom when she was younger. This spurned her love for helping others, which transitioned into 20 years in the medical field where she was able to then care for many. When she isn’t renovating her home or caring for her son, she can be found around or in the water.

Jenn Sherr

Recruitment Specialist and Account Manager

Jenn Sherr

Jenn has done it all- trained by her mom as an artist, she uses that skill to teach art to children in her Boston studio. She has experience as a nanny herself, which naturally transitioned into her current recruiting role. Her lifetime experience with different cultures helps her understand diverse family needs.

Delia Nava

Delia is our go-to person for just about everything in the office, and works closely alongside Jennifer. Born in Mexico and a current Texas resident, this rugby athlete is a Jill-of-all-trades. Outside of work, she can be found in her home gym, with her animals, or helping her family’s real estate investment company.

Nicole Fergesen

Marketing Director

Nicole Fergesen

A New Hampshire native currently living in Iowa, Nicole has many years of experience building and promoting her personal blog and writing for multiple publications. Her expertise in grassroots marketing partners well with Nanny Poppins and generating a genuine and authentic business image. Nicole specializes in the written word and sharing bits of her crazy life. She is a loving wife and mom of four (and one on the way!).
