Placement Process

Placement Process

We’ve spent over a quarter of a century refining the placement process. The results? Excellent employer and professional matches.

You can expect that we will get to thoroughly know the employers, the professional and considering all of the factors that will determine whether or not a placement would be a good fit. Employers are more than clients and professionals are not just entries in a database at Home and Work Staffing.

For Professionals, we start by getting to know you, your academic, professional and personal background. We want to know what types of roles would be fulfilling for you.

On the Employer side, our accounts managers are happy to work with a family member directly or with a trusted advisor such as an attorney, family office, or house manager to accommodate your preferences at every step of the process.

We get to know you and your household needs. You don’t need to have a job description or even a job title in mind. We are confident we will fill the position, so there is no registration fee or exclusivity required to begin working with us. Based on this conversation, your account manager will get to know your needs and create an appropriate job description. In fact, we can even do multiple versions with different job titles or descriptions to attract a wider range of talented professionals. We never share any identifying information in a job post.
